Put the funding structure into words

This session helps you prepare for conversations with a lender, accountant or franchisor. Before the meeting, you provide the proposed investment amount, your contribution, expected borrowing, opening reserve and the franchisor’s high-level cost estimate.

During 90 minutes, we map when cash is due, what portion remains liquid, how debt repayments begin and which assumptions need documentary support. You leave with a concise action record, not a credit application.

Best used when

  • You are comparing a larger contribution with retaining a cash buffer
  • A lender indication includes conditions you do not yet understand
  • Fit-out or landlord timing could affect the opening reserve
  • Household commitments and business repayments need to be viewed together

No written readiness opinion or full document reconciliation is included. The meeting does not replace advice from a registered credit provider, accountant or financial adviser.
