A practical check of the pack
The Application Document Check is intended for applicants who have already made their broad affordability decision and need a disciplined review of what the form and attachments actually show. We read the application against the supplied proof of funds, liabilities, finance indications and cost schedules.
The result is an annotated gap list and a 40-minute call. We flag blank fields, contradictory totals, stale documents, unsupported sources of funds and explanations that may invite avoidable follow-up.
