Fees are quoted in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. No recurring subscription, success commission or lender referral payment is charged.
What can change a quote
The starting fee assumes one applicant, one proposed franchise site, records supplied in usable form and one round of clarification. Multiple funding entities, several shareholders, competing franchise options, incomplete bookkeeping or a large volume of revised projections can increase the reading and reconciliation time. We confirm any change before work begins.
Payment and timing
A 50% booking deposit secures the review period. The balance is due before the findings note is released. The focused session is payable in full when booked. No payment is taken through this website; an invoice and banking details follow only after we agree the scope.
If the introductory call shows that the documents are too early for a meaningful review, we will say so and suggest what to gather first. See the refund and rescheduling policy for cancellations, work already started and exceptional circumstances.
Not included
Buildpilotgrid does not prepare annual financial statements, conduct a statutory audit, write a business plan, submit a loan application, perform legal due diligence or negotiate with a franchisor. If you need those services, they should be separately scoped with a suitably qualified provider.
